I consolidated and re-organized an outdated style guide for Touchmark. In the process I created a color chart with an easy-to-find Pantone, CMYK, Hex and RGB values, a ‘How-To’ guide to the company’s logos and colors and their applications, an overview of each community and their color scheme, etc. This style guide is available on our intranet for each community to use. Future designers, vendors, and printers can also take advantage of the guide. Below are a few examples.
I created a variety of greeting cards, including sympathy, get well soon, and birthday cards, for Touchmark communities to purchase in bulk for residents. I created each design in Illustrator.
A common issue that people face when moving to a retirement community is downsizing. Prospects and new residents frequently ask the sales team for a list of companies where they can resell/recycle/donate unwanted items. I created an easy-to-use tool and organized the information in such a way that families could find the information they needed quickly and efficiently.
Bi-monthly postcards featuring testimonials from actual Touchmark residents are mailed to prospects on each community’s mailing list. A tear-out sheet on the right allows recipients to keep upcoming event information.
